What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard MOQ is 10 pieces for crystal chandeliers and 50 pieces for commercial lighting. For custom projects, we're flexible and can discuss lower quantities depending on your requirements.

Do you offer custom lighting solutions?

Yes! We specialize in custom lighting design. Our engineering team can create bespoke chandeliers and lighting systems tailored to your project specifications, including size, materials, and finishes.

What certifications do your products have?

All our products are CE and UL certified. We also have RoHS compliance and Energy Star certification for applicable products. Documentation is provided with every order.

Can I get product samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes, we offer sample orders. Sample lead time is 5-7 days, and sample costs can be refunded upon bulk order placement (MOQ requirements apply).

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping methods?

We ship via sea freight for large orders (most cost-effective), air freight for urgent deliveries, and express courier (DHL/FedEx) for samples. We can arrange door-to-door delivery with DDP terms.

What is the typical lead time?

Standard products: 15-25 days. Custom orders: 30-45 days depending on complexity. Rush production is available for urgent projects (additional fees may apply).

How do you ensure safe packaging?

All products are packed in export-grade wooden crates with foam padding. Crystal components are individually wrapped. We have a <1% damage rate and provide replacement for any shipping damages.

Do you handle customs clearance?

Yes, with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping terms, we handle all customs documentation and duties. We can also ship FOB or CIF based on your preference.

Warranty & Support

What warranty do you offer?

We provide 5-year warranty on all LED products and crystal components. Commercial projects can opt for extended 10-year warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures.

Do you provide installation support?

Yes! We provide detailed installation manuals, wiring diagrams, and video guides. For large projects, we can send engineers on-site for installation supervision (travel costs apply).

What if I receive defective products?

We immediately ship replacement parts for any defective items. For bulk defects, we cover all shipping costs. Our quality control ensures <0.5% defect rate, but we stand behind our products 100%.

Do you offer after-sales technical support?

Yes, our technical team is available via email, WhatsApp, and video call for any post-installation questions. We also provide spare parts inventory recommendations for maintenance.

Payment & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept T/T (bank transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit) for large orders, and PayPal/Western Union for samples. Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.

Are your prices negotiable for large projects?

Yes, we offer volume discounts for bulk orders. Pricing is also flexible for long-term partnership agreements. Contact us with your project details for a customized quote.

Do you provide price matching?

We focus on value rather than lowest price. However, if you find comparable quality at a lower price, we're happy to discuss and do our best to work with your budget.

What's included in your pricing?

Our EXW prices include product, standard packaging, and quality inspection. Shipping, insurance, and customs are additional unless you choose DDP terms (all-inclusive delivery).
